Distributed computing on macromolecular interactions in vivo

We are in the process to simulate macromolecular interactions in
a living cell. Using multi-scaled models we are assessing meaningful
biopolymer dynamics that spans several orders of magnitude in time and space. Distributed computing allows us to accommodate large simulations that can not be made possible by conventional tools.
